Robert Reinhardt, President

Robert Reinhardt is the founder and president of The Reinhardt Initiative, where he currently serves as Acting Executive Director during its development phase. With over a decade at Apple Inc. in advanced technical support and training, Robert brings deep expertise in systems design, process improvement, and ethical leadership to his nonprofit work.

His career at Apple has shaped his disciplined approach to accessibility, technology, and policy implementation. Now pursuing his Bachelor of Business Administration and preparing for doctoral research in business administration, Robert focuses on leadership models, organizational theory, and civic reform. His academic journey is publicly documented at BusinessResearchJournal.com, a digital archive of his research, thesis development, and frameworks.

Robert’s broader vision includes Bright Steps Learning Center, a special needs daycare planned under The Reinhardt Initiative. His leadership is rooted in transparency, innovation, and equity which reflects the organization’s guiding motto: Empower. Restore. Lead.

Katelyn Ivkovic, Secretary

Katelyn Ivkovic serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for The Reinhardt Initiative. With a strong background in customer service and frontline operations, she currently works as a Service Advisor for Maus Nissan, where she supports clients with care, professionalism, and clear communication all skills that translate directly to her board responsibilities.

As a mother of three and stepmother to three more, one who has special needs, Katelyn brings an essential parent’s perspective to the organization’s work. Her personal experience informs her passionate support for Bright Steps Learning Center, the special needs daycare program currently in development under The Reinhardt Initiative.

Katelyn is committed to advancing accessible, family-focused services and helping shape programs that meet real community needs.

Gerardo Ponce, Treasurer

Gerardo Ponce serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors for The Reinhardt Initiative, where he brings a growing background in finance, logistics, and strategic planning. He currently works in dispatch and package delivery operations at Tampa Bay Delivery LLC, a contracted service provider for Amazon, where he plays a key role in ensuring efficiency and performance in last-mile logistics.

Gerardo is actively pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and plans to continue through to a master’s degree in order to become a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). His role on the board supports his professional development while offering him real-world experience in nonprofit financial oversight and governance.

As the husband of founder Robert Reinhardt, Gerardo’s appointment reflects a commitment to transparency. He contributes with integrity, kindness, and a genuine desire to help shape a more accountable and service-driven organization. His insight and dedication are helping to ensure the long-term fiscal health and ethical foundation of the Initiative.

Jordan “Willow” Wigginton, Director

Willow is a seasoned healthcare professional with more than a decade of experience providing compassionate care across home health, hospice, and primary care settings. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Certified Medical Technician (CMT), they have delivered hands-on support to some of the most vulnerable members of our community, including elderly patients and individuals with terminal conditions. This front-line exposure to the realities of healthcare has deeply shaped Willow’s understanding of systemic needs, caregiving burdens, and the critical importance of accessible, inclusive support services.

Currently, Willow works at Charter Spectrum, where they specialize in mobile division escalations, a role that demands high emotional intelligence, technical acumen, and advanced problem-solving under pressure. Their ability to navigate complex customer service challenges while maintaining empathy and professionalism reflects the strength of their communication skills and conflict resolution strategies, which they bring to their role on the board.

As a Director with The Reinhardt Initiative, Willow plays an active advisory role in shaping our health-related programming and special needs service design, particularly for Bright Steps Learning Center. Their insight into the day-to-day realities faced by families, caregivers, and healthcare workers allows them to provide grounded, human-centered feedback on policy development, staff training, and facility planning.
